Launched the CoachArt Connect app, reducing staff time per match from 7 hours to under 7 minutes.
Expanded from a regional organization to a national program.
Achieved a 5x increase in impact through innovative, scalable strategies.

While leading CoachArt, I yearned for a space where nonprofit leaders like me could find resources and a community dedicated to modern, ambitious approaches. The ProImpact Project is my answer to that need.
